Doom on hold

All right, some new developments: our DM has decided that she wants to keep running her game, just to have a shred of normalcy in her life still (which is totally understandable, I feel, considering what she's going through). As such, we will be gaming tomorrow night. Yay!

Though I am happy about this, since I want resolution for Tanisevania, I am a bit worried about a couple of things.

One - DM's husband, who I'm not exactly happy with, also plays in that game. And his character and my character are in love. Now, I believe I am a good enough roleplayer to work beyond that, but its not going to be easy and I just hope it isn't too unpleasant - especially since I'm afraid seeing her husband's character involved with someone else's character will remind our DM of real life.

Sooooo maybe I'll have my ho-ish character avoid sleeping with Grim that session, in interest of minimizing that. There's plenty of NPC's for her to boink. Good thing she's a slut (and proud of it), and that Grim doesn't mind.

Two - we have recieved word that another player, who was a friend of mine but really used and hurt me, will be at the session tomorrow. Balls. This will prove even more of a problem. Not that I'm worried about confronting him, I just really really really really don't want to ruin the normalcy for our DM. I already talked to her about it, and she understands if there's going to be some drama, but still. I guess all I can do in that case is hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

All that said, I am really happy I get to play Tanisevania again, and just hope that we keep playing so her story will have an ending I don't have to make up.
